Calvary Baptist Church is a congregation of people shepherded according to a God-centered, Bible-based, family-oriented ministry. We want to make life-long disciples of Jesus Christ in alignment with the Word of God in the power of the Holy Spirit to the glory of God the Father. We want to be a place of Godward refuge and refreshment. We want Calvary to be what would be called in the Hebrew language a Beth-Rahamim ("house of mercies"). We want to reflect the image of Christ as described in Isaiah 42:3: "...a bruised reed He will not break and a dimly burning wick He will not quench...."
During our Sunday morning services Pastor Phil Siefkes will be teaching through the New Testament book of Galatians verse by verse, beginning April 27.
Our Family Bible Time offers a discipleship setting for you and your family to learn and grow. We are currently studying First John verse by verse. We follow our teaching time with a small-group prayer time before the morning service.
We will be concluding our mid-week Bible study of the book of Revelation on April 23. On the first Wednesday of each month, we host our "Open Forum" during which people can ask any questions they have about the Bible and one's spiritual walk.
